For TEMPLETT templates, yes, any template purchased from our store will expire within 6 months. This is necessary to prevent any copyright infringement. If you would like to use your template after it expired, please get in touch with us.

For CANVA templates are lifetime access.

Templett is an online editor where you can customise your templates easily without any hassle. When you purchase a template from our shop, Templett automatically creates an account for you and email your access link to the email address associated with your order. You can then start customising your templates!

Canva is a user-friendly online design platform where you can easily customize your purchased templates. With a free Canva account, you can edit text, colors to create unique templates to your event. No design skills are needed .

You will need to create a FREE Canva account to access your template(s) at www.canva.com Canva is super easy to use but I offer tips in my PDF Instructions Guide once you purchase!

Everything in our templates is editable EXCEPT the graphics. Graphics, clip arts (floral clip arts, watercolour background etc.) used in our templates are designed by different artists and the copyrights of those artworks belong to them.

To understand what is editable in a template, we strongly recommend trying the DEMO included in the product description.

Very unfortunately we are not accepting any custom order requests at the moment.

Yes, you can change the font type and text colour. You can choose from a wide range of fonts already saved in our library* and pick the colour you want from the colour chart or simply add your own colour code.

There is a DEMO link in the item descriptions which you can try before purchase. You can make all the changes on this DEMO and see how it works.

*Fonts available to you cannot be seen in the DEMO but will be revealed to you once you placed your order.

For small prints such as invitations, RSVP cards, menus, wedding programs, table numbers and others, we would recommend paper stock higher than 280-300 gsm (110-130lb). Matte papers with a slight texture on them look really lovely with our templates. Templates with script and no artwork would look nice on shimmer paper, too. You can ask for your print shop's or paper provider's advice on that.

For larger prints such as welcome signs and seating charts, we would recommend printing on foam board / mounted card stock.

f you need a different size which is not listed in the product descriptions, please get in touch with us after you place your order. We will resize your template as requested free of charge.
